i would beware of buying anything from the official superdry outlet on ebay,

The feedback is utterly APPALLING read through the feedback to see for yourself


even if you double check the adverts to see if the products are described as brand new or have defects , you get the following problems

"NEW" ITEMS

they blatantly sell store returns and pass them off as new,

they sell smelly damaged clothes with rips and stains and sell them as new

the sizes are sometimes wrong or the stitching is wonky or the colours are blotchy or a logo might be sewn inside a pocket and they are still described as new rather than factory seconds or mistakes


there isnt much difference between the new and the defective items they all look like defective shoddy smelly stained ripped shrunk store returns for example ive bought a coat off them which had a crumpled handkerchief in the pocket and somebodys name scribbled inside the sleeve of the coat

even the staff in my local store at crawley told me the superdry on ebay site was used to sell on store returns

even if superdry on ebay say everything is new id take it with a pinch of salt and i speak from experience


if you need to contact them for anything its difficult to get them to refund or reply to your emails in the first place without having to open a dispute

its not worth buying superdry on ebay from the superdry outlet i would recommend buying superdry on ebay from other sellers there are usually a few selling slightly cheaper


be very careful of the 100% feedback of any seller, click on all ebay identities box see how many names they have sold under

also dont bother buying from sellers with less than about 500 sales its not worth it and lastly read back through the feedback check the dates of the sales if the seller has just started selling after a gap of a few years or even a few months then a lot of new sales or so its possible a dormant account has been hijacked

i have bought lots on ebay over the years and am wise to a lot of the seller tricks

its a great price and thanks for posting the link to the OP however i will find and post some of their feedback from ebay brb

Never arrived had 2 open dispute 4 refund. Not sent via courier as advertised
Size not a true 12/medium - lost £12.00 return postage due to inaccurate size
I ordered a size small but received a Medium!
failed to mention all defects of jacket. only mentioned 1 and i discovered 4 >:(

anyway i do feel bad mentioning the above when the original poster went to the trouble of linking to a great discount, but just felt i should point out the negative feedback also bearing in mind netiquette if the mods want to remove the post i understand

I can't comment on the quality of the shirts, and the discount is decent, but if they are anything like their slogan t-shirts the quality is awful! The print fades with every wash until it is practically non existent.

My nephew still likes them though so I was going to buy a jumper from their outlet on ebay a few months ago but was put off by the poor feedback. I'm sure I remember reading one where the customer had found a used tissue in the 'new' jacket he'd ordered!!

I wouldn't say the feedback is "utterly appalling", I mean yes it seems alot until you take into account the fact they had 20788 positives in the same period.

Even if you lump the neutrals in with the negatives (112+75) that is still less than 1% of their months sales.

And whats with the don't buy from sellers with less than 500 feedback? What a load of nonsense, i've only got 321 feedback, but its all positive and my accounts been open over 10 years!

Good deal op (even if there is a less than 1% chance you may be dissatisfied!) :dance:

another one here with personal experience of this company - they are awful, don't be tempted!
