Laverbread: What to do with it???

Just going through my cupboards and I have two tins of laverbread. I think they appeared after a charity raffle.
Now, I love seaweed, but what do I do with laverbread. How do I serve it? Does it need cooked? What should I have it with?
Can anyone help out?

Is it in oats, we like it fried just a tiny bit of oil served with bacon and cockles.
OR layer it in a flan dish again with bacon and sausage and cockles and cover with beaten egg for a breakfast flan.
I have never bought the tins usually have fresh but must be the same really.
it is already cooked, frying it warms it up.
hope you enjoy it.
it is usually our saturday morning treat.0 -

Mix it up with enough oats to make a little cake or rissole type thingy, that just holds it's shape, and then fry it up (traditionally with bacon fat but oil will do) and serve it with a fried breakfast....Nom Nom.
