Tories about to kick-start economy .....

.... Chancellor will be injecting £billions into the economy to be announced this week.
If you haven't grabbed that bargain now, you never will ...... this kick-start will mean that it's just up from here.
The South is well underway on its growth tragectory ... the sluggish North will soon catch up.
My advice to anyone where the good times of the South has yet to hit - grab that housing bargain RIGHT NOW!

On first glance I read the title as 'Torres about to kick-start economy'. Which would be challenging for him on his current form.0

I'd encourage anyone who can buy now to do it. You can't go wrong with bricks and mortar.0

You're right, of course ...... history shows that you cannot lose.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0

Unfortunately they will be too late.
Shame they put the brakes on everything the moment they walked in the door only to realise they were wrong.
I bet they feel like right muppets. If it wasn't so serious I would of wet myself laughing at their complete lack of competence. Not Again0 -
We can all agree that the Tories are utterly useless where the economy is concerned.
They are so panic driven that they will probably pour £billions into the South - just when things are moving of their own accord.
The problem we have is that a bunch of Eton taught, millionaires are in charge ..... do they have an idea what it's like in the country? No they don't!Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

Does anyone really believe that politicians (of any colour) can kick-start the economy?
If it was within their power, I think they would have chosen higher growth than we have seen in just about any of the last 100 years ... so I presume they cant.0 -
So we've got this bunch who told us only a few years ago that all this spending was the problem and we would all be in it together and suffer a bit of austerity.
Now were going to have the same bunch telling us that the new wisdom is the we spend our way out of this hole.
Here is my prediction:
In a couple of years when we really should stop spending our way out of trouble ...They will be using any and every ripple in the cosmos to validate there argument that we must continue to spend , spend , spend.0
