1. The promoter of the ESPNcricinfo Greatest Team (“the Promotion”) is ESPN (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Limited of 3 Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9PE, registered in England & Wales with registration number 06565173 (the “Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is only open to users of ESPNcricinfo.com worldwide who are aged 16 years or over at the date of entry. Employees of the Promoter, ESPN Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Facebook, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to take part. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
3. Entry to the competition is by the Entrant answering the question and providing the contact details requested in accordance with the instructions displayed on the page. The Promotion will commence on November 03, 2011@ 09:00 am (EDT) and close on January 02, 2012 @ 09:00 am (EDT).
4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing information to the promoter and not to Facebook. Unless the Entrant has elected to receive ESPN email communications by ticking the opt-in box provided, Entrants’ contact details shall only be used for notifying an Entrant that the Entrant has won the prize and for no other purposes whatsoever.
5. The prize on offer is a top-of-the-range Samsung device .
6. The winner of the prize will be the user drawn at random from those who have correctly answered the question before the closing date. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of a submission. Proof of submission will not constitute proof of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who submit obscene or offensive information.
7. The winner will be notified by email by January 3, 2012. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond to a prize notification within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected from the eligible entries received at the Promoter’s discretion. If winners are not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right in their discretion to award the prize to another Entrant. The Promoter will not be liable if a prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter. Thanks both robert and meow. I have just checked the first link and it goes to the facebook page. The first link should take you to a wildfire entry form. Going to try and put a new link in the OP. Hopefully, it will work for non-facebook users. If not, I will amend the title to Facebook Users only.
