I have medical conditions which are relatively controlled by medication, or controlled enough for me to get back to work. I'm just a little concerned about this. Any experience of this?

    Thank you x

I have a spinal injury. When I applied with one company for a job as a lorry driver, they wanted me to undergo a medical. I was offered the job but had to sign an agreement that I would not do any lifting and wouldn't sue them if I had a back injury. Suited me as it laid down in writing what I was restricted to and I wouldn't have sued them anyway.
