Finalising forms before court tomorrow

A question about account balances.
Our "current" Santander account (which will get closed by the OR) is currently in it's overdraft but not at it's maximum.
The overdraft left (about £900) is to pay our rent which comes out tomorrow (future payments have already been set up to come out of our post bankruptcy Co-Op cashminder account) and also to pay Scottish Power tomorrow.
What figure do I put on the form that we owe? The full overdraft figure? Or what it currently stands at even though the monies left in there are for those two payments?

The firgure you put down is what it will be on the day you petition for BR, so if the payments will already have come out then put the amount you will owe after that payment is made. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

But they could come out anytime tomorrow?! Could be in the morning before we leave for court or once we've left and it's too late to change the form.
Ideally we want to go to bed tonight with the forms all printed so we don't have to run about like blue ar*e flies in the morning.0 -
Treat it as close of business on the day you go BR. So if the payment is due out tomorrow then by close of business there will be xx overdraft showing on the account.
Once you've written the figure in, go get yourself a BIG glass of wine and watch the Strictly results show!;) Don't forget your book and some change for the coffee machine tomorrow. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
