    Am I being stupid? Do you have to write off for it? Only see a postal address, nowhere to download it or an electronic form to fill in........

    there used to be an online fill in form, as well as a pdf version to be downloaded. maybe their server has been overwhelmed by the popular demand. the postal address only happened later today.

    I try to make most of these things myself (yorkies and dumplings etc), but I remember those days before admiting my debts when I used to buy them.............
