I have previously taken them up on their matched payment and my brother paid £100 for me and they matched it with £100.
I noticed that when I got a statement, only £100 had benn deducted.
I rang them and they said it did not reach them until the 1st of the following month instead, of the 31st as stated in their letter.
I asked if they would reconsider but he was adamant.
What difference would it have made to them really/
I won't bother again and they will be getting the £1 a month I have been paying them for the last 3 years.
Moan over.
