for me its the muppets christmas carol and polar express

I love the muppets christmas carol. I'm 28 and I still watch it every year. My DH is forced to watch it aswell.

I also love Elf, it's probably more fun for adults than the muppets and kids love it too

Santa Claus The Movie is another. It's usually on TV at some point aswell.

But, my all time fave is The Nightmare Before Christmas- It's a PG but watching it with kids would be up to your discretion depending upon how mature they are. It may be be a little too much for very little ones.

i remember seeing one about Rudolf and we did have it on video but got rid of it a long time ago and cant remember the name now

When I was little we had a cartoon called rudolph the red nose raindeer on video but not seen it on dvd

I bought Polar Express today - both children, 2 & 6, captivated, lovely film. Also got National lampoons Christmas. Morrisons have got loads 2 for £5. Elf is okay.
