It is great that BC have now acted in this case.
And as you say it's great PR when so many people read these forums.
However it is worrying that to get a financial problem sorted, you may be better to come to a forum to discuss your problems, than to the provider. We have been told for years to go to your financial provider before it gets a problem as they can help.
I hope this will filter through BC (and any others who fail in their duty) with a short sharp shock for the staff involved upto the point where a public forum was required.
This forum is changing attitudes and lives.
To all who read and all who post, keep up the good work. As a community we DO help eachother.
