Hi,
I'm a bit confussed to to whether the migration from incapacity benefit to ESA has already started in N Ireland as I see mla's popping up in newspapers saying that they are going to plead for NI to be a different case to rest of the UK.
If anyone could clear up for me as to whether IB to ESA migration has started as yet I'd be very grateful.
Thanks

According to Government site changes already in motion. I can't see why NI would be a "special" case compared to rest of UK

Definitely has started in NI (about June time I think). I know several people who have been through the migration process.
It is expected to take 3 years to assess all IB clients.0 -

Migration to ESA has to be finished before the migration to Universal Credit can begin...0
