Fatcheese.co.uk - No replies to tickets, no cashback

Hello,

Has anybody used Fatcheese.co.uk for cashback?

I bought a few books from TheBookDepository hoping to get the 5% cashback since Quidco and Topcashback don't do cashback with this company.

The purchases never tracked so I opened a tick with details back on 29th Sept but I've had no replies at all.

I have given up hope of getting the £200 odd cashback I have racked up through Fatcheese. Most of these were on hotel stays which I had to do for work, so was not banking on the cashback, but hugely disappointed that they never bother to respond any more.

They went from being a fantastic company to one of the worst in a few very short weeks about 9 months ago.

Both cheeses have gone rancid. I haven't used them for about 6 months and about £50 cashback is still there but unpaid.

Most of this comes from Rick and Shelly Brady who ran several cashback sites linked to by the cheeses, as well as their own, but stopped paying out.

Cashback[STRIKE]ch[/STRIKE]thief was one of them.

Topcashback paid out half of the unpaid amounts from these two clowns as a compromise. The cheeses have just done nothing.
