Gigervamp...who stocks the mulled ginger wine please? I'm not a great fan of "normal" mulled wine but OH is, and we both love the ginger beer and the original ginger wine, so the mulled ginger wine might be a good compromise for us

It was in Lidl that I got the (Crabbies) mulled ginger wine. I think it was £4.49.0

It's a guilty home pleasure as it's like an alcopop for girlies (I'd never have the nerve to order it in a barNot tried it yet but bottle is in the fridge! Might have to give this ginger ale and contrieu a try - sounds rather interesting!!
) and makes a nice change from Cointreau over ice :T. Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Thanks Gigervamp. No Lidl in Cambridge, but can hop over to the St Neots store if I don't find it elsewhere locally.DFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0

I remembered to buy a bottle of (Original) Crabbies in the Co-op this morning. Their "offer" price £1.69 - still 20p dearer than Lidl - and how they work out the "usual" price is £2.39, heaven knows! It is now chilling in fridge.

The orange flavoured Crabbies is non alcoholic though, isn't it? As is their cloudy version...0

Well, that's no good... we need booze!

I love the original Crabbies so I'll look forward to trying the new flavour. I wish Fentimann's would do a properly boozy version of their ginger beer though, it's amazing.0 -
Nope - 4%. Hic!Raspberry_Swirl wrote: »The orange flavoured Crabbies is non alcoholic though, isn't it? As is their cloudy version...0
