Tescos xmas slots..anyone know when they're released?

reminds me of when i did a random basket to hold a slot and totally forgot about it, 2 litres of smirnoff and 2 watermelons arived LOL

ive got an asda slot for 21st dec, wanted to amend to 22nd but it says all full

I clicked onto Tesco at midnight, managed to get a delivery slot for 21st, 5 mins later they had all gone. Handbags at midnight tomorrow I suspect when I try to amend the delivery to the 22nd.

I hope all of you get your shopping last year the weather was very bad so have a back up plan in action just incase.

Tesco still deliver in bad weather, they did last year and for the past ten years I have shopped online with them. When it snows here, it snows being so high up in the Yorkshire Wolds, made of hard stuff these Yorkshire men:D

Chicken in freezer and plenty of wine stashed for the back up plan;)

We try and deliver in bad weather. If the weather is bad, then when we start the picking at 4am on christmas week, the manager will go out with a driver and trial two seperate routes. If bad enough they will cancel deliveries for that day, customers are contacted and the pickers work elsewhere in the store. Happened here the weekend before christmas last year. xx

That's really odd,the WHOLE of the 21st is still available in my area....Not one slot saying full:eek:
Was given induction date of 19th today so going to stay up and try to grab a 22nd slot...then do the same 2mro for a 23rd slot:p

I haven't had a priority slot for the past two years for some reason and my driver said he'd never heard of them so maybe its because we are now sent our orders from a massive warehouse rather than a shop we don't get priority slots anymore?? (SE london)

I always do mine for the 22nd then that gives me time to pick up any bits that may be subbed but tbh I've only ever had one year ever where I had subs at xmas.

I've shopped with Tesco homedelivery since they started anyone else remember that big folder and reading out those damn barcodes down the phone :eek:

I have been logging in every day for the last week and can only book 3 weeks ahead. So I assume I am not one of the chosen few and will have to wait until the 3rd to get a slot for 23rd. I can only get upto 21 Dec today.
Or I might send my partner to the supermarket !!
