1. Open to all residents of the UK aged of 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this competition are excluded from participating.
2. You may only enter once. Entries are submitted through the Midori Competitions Facebook application. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received.
3. This weekly competition commences on 21 November 2011 and will end at 11:59 pm on 15 December 2011. The last winner will be chosen and notified on 16 December 2011
4. Weekly entries must be received by 11:59pm pm on Thursday, 24 November 2011; Thursday, 1 December 2011; Thursday 8 December 2011; Thursday 15 December 2011 ("Closing Time"). Any entries received after Closing Time will not be valid.
5. One winner will be chosen at random every week during the length of the competition on Friday, 25 November 2011; Friday, 2 December 2011; Friday, 9 December; and Friday, 16th December 2011. The winners will be notified by email within 1 working day. The winner must confirm within 2 working days of receiving this notification whether he or she wishes to claim the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted time, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
6. Entry into this competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
7. The weekly prize consists of one voucher worth £100 from New Look and one Midori cocktail kit.
8. The one Midori cocktail kit awarded to the Prize Winner consists of one 50 cl/ bottle of Midori, one pair of Midori chopsticks, one Midori fan, one Midori sake shaker and two Midori sake cups. The Prize Winner must show proof of age prior to delivery in order to receive the bottle of Midori liqueur.
9. The cocktail kit and New Look voucher for £100 will be delivered within 2 weeks of the winner’s acceptance of the prize and must be signed for on delivery by someone who is clearly over 18 (ID may be required on receipt).
10. The entries will be judged by an independent adjudicator selected by the Promoter.
11. There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and the prize is not transferable. However, should the advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. The names of the winners can be obtained for up to one month after the Notification Date, by sending an email to midori@eulogy.co.uk specifying the name of the competition. The winners will also be announced on the Facebook wall after the winner accepts the prize
13. The data submitted along with each entry will be retained for the purposes of administering this competition. The entrant consents to the Promoter’s use and processing of the entrant’s personal data in connection with the competition. The Promoter may use such details to let the entrant know about other products, services and promotions which they think may be of interest to the entrant. If you do not wish to receive such information please inform the Promoter at the time of entering the competition or by informing the Promoter in writing at the address below.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition at its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
15. In all matters regarding this competition, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding. By entering this competition, the entrant hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. This competition (including these terms and conditions) and any matters arising as a result thereof is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
