help me get a mortgage
Comments
-
Myself and my partner recently got a mortgage. We have a combined income of just short of £30K, our mortgage is £98K.
We pay off £650 (ish... i don't know the exact figures
) per month and live in the North East (low cost of living  ) and still struggle to make ends meet some months.
I would strongly advise you not to do it :money:0 -
Did you ever consider how you were/ are going to pay the service charge which there will inevitably be on the property?Gone ... or have I?0

I have found out since this post that we pay £567 per month (nearly £100 less than I though :rotfl: )0
