I need help with contacting Halifax Credit Control...

Ok so I have 2 accounts with Halifax, one an easycash and one a current account, I was on a reducing overdraft on my current account, currently its down to £286, however I am in there now by £480 due to some major unexpected bills, and reducing hours at work I now cant afford the £115 per month repayments and I certainly cant afford to bring it back into the overdraft limit in one go, only problem is they are now charging me £5.00 per day and because its been like this now for a month I am being charged £145 on 30 November! grrrr!
I have tried contacting them on many occasions by phone but I can never get through and its costing me a bomb in mobile phone costs! (£25 so far this month!) and I now give up, does anyone know an email address for them that I can contact them on? they haven't even sent me any letters out to say I am in arrears with them so have nothing apart from a phone number! I have even tried contacting normal Halifax line to transfer me but they just give me another number to call and/or again dont answer!
