I am trying desperately to get the switchboard number for SKY I need to talk to a specific person and am getting absolutley nowhere fast, can anyone help????
Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it

To be perfectly honnest in my opinion you have got no chance of speaking to the same person again. Call centre names arent worth taking unless its of a team manager.

Hi, thanks guys no it was a person in the Customer Care Centre which apparently are higher up than plain old Customer Services, although in my present irate state I would love to have a little chat with Mr Murdoch :mad:Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it0
