    Cooked, sliced & then frozen. Great for sandwiches to take to work.
    Not bad for a sunday roast either.

    I've always found the joints from Sainsbury's better than Tesco's or Asda's.

    Thank you. We just bought 2 joints in the Co-op & cut them in half (4 smaller joints now in the freezer). The meat quality looked good.

    The last joint we had was from Sainsburys & the meat was excellent. Personally I would choose Co-op or Sainsburys for better quality meat.
  • I think the Coop joints looked really good and ideal for cutting into two or three pieces for smaller households. In fact, I think they represented better value for money than the brisket I bought but I wasn't sure I had freezer space for the topside or silverside.
