Hi, not sure if im posting in the right place as I'm new to this
I currently private rent a property that currently DOES NOT have home insulation. Is it up to my landlord to pay for this or me? I am entitled to a discounted/free insulation but im still paying off last years gas bill £2750 and with this cold weather im not sure what to do. My landlord isnt the best of people to speak too either, as he expects me to pay for everything!!!
