the reason that it says 'dirty email voucher' is because the email i got with the code was an apology for a previous email (which i don't recall receiving) which apparently contained an unacceptable subject and broken link, so they sent this to say sorry!

sounds like someone at their office has been very naughty.;)

Not working for me. I hav tried 4 different cards, all i know are fine but not working. Even tried my partner's card and my mum's card, still says:

There was a problem with your payment. Please re-enter your payment details and try again. If you continue to experience this problem please contact our customer services team.

Very annoying as been trying for ages.

I had this problem last night, but when re-entering my details I noticed that the expiry date had been already filled to nov/11 once I changed that to the actual expiry date all was fine - hope that helps

Great offer but I've given up! It says my £10 discount has been removed but shows -£6 and removes nothign from the total. Tried for over an hour last night, restarted IE, refreshed, cleared cookies added and removed from basket several times and still can't get it to work :-(

Thank you to all of the people involved in bringing us this deal (have added my thanks to the other threads too). I've just ordered some goggles which my son had been asking for, and a pair of shoes for my little boy. We go to Center Parcs soon so both of these will come in very handy .
