Hi all,
Before I start trawling through their website (or even phoning them up !!!) does anyone know how I go about doing the above ?
Not whether I can or not but rather how I go actually overpay on a monthly basis ?
TIA for any help.
Regards,

That depends on the specific mortgage that you have.0

Ring them up and tell them how much you want to overpay. The overpayment will show on your account as an additional direct debit so its easy to stop/increase/decrease it. I did it last month - it takes 2 minutes.0

It's just a standard tracker (I think) repayment mortgage.poorchester wrote: »Ring them up and tell them how much you want to overpay. We do have a bank account with them - they insisted on it before giving us the mortgage. It's not much of an account - the only money going into it comes from our current account and, at the moment, just covers the monthly mortgage payment.0
