Hi Keegan5,
I have been wearing the optical goggles for the past 6 months and they have been great. My prescription is -5.25 in both eyes and the -5 mariner goggles are great. If you have different prescription in each eye you can get the pulse goggle optical kit although I don't know if this is as good.0 -
