Wonga and the moving pay dates !!.
Hi guys,
A question for you. I have taken a payday loan out with yes wonga, which has been fine up to now, suppose it had to happen at some point. Anyway I noticed when looking over my bank account that they with drew £227 out of my account i n November. You may that's fine, but the amount was supposed to come out in September. Now according to wonga that they took the money and which allow me to take another loan. If I understand their system you can't do that until the original loan has cleared. But it did. Now my question is his - can they take it hen they please even if it's 2 or months down the line. What is the ruling on this, guides lines are hazy on this subject.
Regards

The guidelines are, if you owe them money you either pay it voluntarily or they take it anyway.
If I have read your post correctly, which is in itself difficult, they took what they were owed, two months late?
If so then congratulations for repaying your loan, albeit later than you expected.0 -
Do you understand that when you borrow money you have to pay it back at some point?0

If they've taken their payment 2 months late and the amout hasn't trebled with interest count yourself lucky. Didn't you notice they hadn't taken it in September or October?DMP Mutual Support Thread member 244

I think the OP wants to hear that they are entitled to something with three zeros on the end.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but I presume.
1) you took a payday loan
2) failed to pay it back at the right time
3) they took payment 2 months later when I presume you had enough funds in the bank.
Yes they are entitled to do this, the only gripe you may have is if you gave them instructions to take money and they failed to do this when you had enough funds and they charge you extra fees because of this. However 2 months you should have noticed and paid them back as soon as you had the money!0
