So after a really boring week after my operation I can finally start walking about woo! It also means I can hobble to my desk and send some invoices, really shocked to see that I almost have £500 overdue! Thats 12.5% of my total debt! :mad:0 -
but once thats gone your 12.5 % closer to being debt free .. exciting
... i should be 10% of the way through mine but i aint yet ... so i need to carry on plodding

It is crazy how exciting it is, should I feel like this? lol Been looking at house prices around the area, £50,000 is average so looking at saving £10,000 to move out yay, should take about 2 years :-/0
-
its not crazy at all ... most people feel this way when they start being in control of their lives
... two years isnt that long ... give yourself a personal challenge, push yourself that wee bit harder ... but do it in increments otherwise you will be overwhelmed
and before you know it you will be on the mfw board ... although in saying that i should be over there but i llike it here so i'm staying lol0 -
Well what a day! I'v found a creditor that's marked my credit report as last months payment being late, (it wasn't) so I''v been on the phone to them with them saying they will update it soon :@ Just listed a PC monitor on eBay as it isn't used anymore and was just sat on my *very* cluttered desk.
I hate waiting around for payday, I'm really in the mood to pay off debts. But with £3 in my account to last until Thursday it's not going to happen.0 -
Well one of my PayPal transfers has finally hit my bank account today so thats one debt fully paid and a token payment on another, woo! I'l update my sig later tonight, wasn't exactly a NSD yesterday after buying pizza. AND I'v got 6 watchers on my eBay item.0
-
Well I'v updated my sig after paying £460 in a couple of days, hoping to pay another £361 by the end of the month. So £821 in a month, never felt so good! So good infact the I'v changed my DFD to the middle of next year.0

thats fantastic ... good news on the ebay watchers as well ... youve certainly got the hang of it all now

I'm back! Hope you all had a great christmas and New Year, I went a bit mad as I normally do when I go out drinking (Well what's a 23 year old guy going to do?!) Managed to spend £50 :O Not great but I have just transfered £400 from paypal in preparation for a £266.67 debt DD going out on the 8th.
Also got one of my creditors to remove all fee's on my account (about £350 worth) so ended up paying £345, meaning I will only have £2,374 left to pay!0
