What we're seeing day by day is the end game of the bears. If they've not bought by now they'll always be priced out either renting a bedsit or still grasping at mummies apron strings for free food and shelter. Pathetic life.

    What an idiot .....

A bear does not have to be renting a bedsit or still grasping at mummies apron strings for free food and shelter ....

I'm a bear beacause in my opinion house prices have a long way to fall ........

What do you think the average house price will be in 2015?

    I'm going with 190K.

    £140K is reasonable.

There is no signs of them going up just down at the moment and they are still very overvalued. Borrowing rates are clearly going up,

    Correct. (first bit anyway)

House prices are still falling around here and at some point in the next 12 months they should have easily dropped to a level i will be willing to buy at.

Ill have to keep my eye on the ball now that the end game is approaching:).

Blimey Brit, that's a 15% drop over 3 or 4 years. What's happened to you? You're more bullish these days than a lot of the so called bulls on here.

And we all know that you will never buy, whatever the price ... living with Mammy is just too easy and cheap for you - even at 31 you haven't the courage to come out from behind your Mam's apron.
