Sorry to bump but I have stupidly been entering my details and just going to the first screen before moving on to my next comp. Just realised today that you need to click on the spinny stars to reveal today's prize for it to submit I think. Hopefully no one else is as silly but just in case...

Not true. When you enter your details, they are POSTed to /utility/advent2011/addentrant.aspx. When you click the spinning stars there is no communication with the web server. So your details were entered.
