Heals Serenity Plates

Hi,
Has anyone had a bad experience with Heals Serenity dinner & salad dinner plates?
We bought a set of 8 of each about 3 yrs ago and the wearing surface of each plate has either developed a bad bloom, unsightly marking or loss of glaze. The back of the plates are generally OK, so it's probably not our dish washer.
