Perhaps the Scottish Parliament have decided to change that?

As far as I jnow it's not on the agenda for the current session, but if Wee Eck wins his independence referendum who knows what megalomaniac ideas he might get?
I think the OP is hoping that the early start requiring 1 hour 55 minutes travel that he mentioned will allow the sanction to be avoided.0
