I have had no heating on at all, my duvet and one of these sleeping bags and woke up because I was too warm! Its about 3 degrees outside, but toasty in bed!

I collected the fleece liner ( go to camping in tesco direct sport then sort low to high)
loks great for 2.00 thanks op. still in stock it seems .
