It's funny actually I always ask my wife about buying things and she says 'why are you asking, me it's your money' but I still ask.

I never tell lies / hide spending from my partner - doesn't seem like a great basis to build a relationship on!

There is no option like "exaturate the actual price", which I tend to do, when I tell my boyfriend how much I spent.
