Collected 19 this week so far, yesterday had in excess of 30 points to collect but when I went to collect them later in the day they had all disappeared. Not the first time this has happened but when reported got some lame excuse which was total nonsense. Either Nectar honour these points or whats the point of the website offering them :mad:

Do you mean that the ads suddenly were no longer available when you clicked on one?

I had video clips lined up in the Carousel, but when I returned to watch them they had just disappeared. The e-mail response I got was total nonsense, however the Ads have now returned. Ad-points don't like to admit their website or they are at fault though.
