I watch all the ads even the 1 point ones for 1min+ and at the end i rate them with a thumb down, I also mute the ads and watch my online tv programs while i do adpoints. If they go back to the better rate then i would be willing to watch them with volume on etc.Jan Wins: .0

86 points for me this week, which isnt so bad. Nowhere near the 250 I got in my first week - never repeated since! However, the points add up, and I managed to put £20 of petrol in the car with it, so I'm happy.
Normally, it would take a couple of years to get those points as I dont go to Sainsbobs very often these days.I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum
Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum?

That's so funny to read, because I have never watched any of them with the volume on. They want us to watch the ads - they didn't say we were compelled to listen to them as well.Makeandsave wrote: »I watch all the ads even the 1 point ones for 1min+ and at the end i rate them with a thumb down, I also mute the ads and watch my online tv programs while i do adpoints. I only got 93 points this week so mine was low as well, but better than nothing, especially as I don't shop in Sainsbury's, am still continuing with it though0

I have had one week where I earned 250 but mostly it's 80-100 for me.
I think it's great though as they are all little extras that haven't cost me a penny.
Hopefully it'll reduce the Christmas shop dramatically

Am I the only person tempted by an X-Hose or an Instahang?

I've done that a few times when I've been really caught up in a new ad, I understand why they have the prompts but I do watch new ads at least once with the sound on and with my full attention - repeat ads and tedious 2-3 minutes get volume but I'm usually checking my Twitter or email whilst they are playing. I've got pretty good at gauging when to flick back to the Adpoints tab, lol, although I don't bother for ads under 20 seconds as its too easy to miss the prompt. My main concern at the moment is that they seem to have halved the number of points we get for viewing the actual video - even with brand new ones its now only 2 points more often than not. And those horribly long videos should have extra points as they are invariably tedious - I always give them a thumbs down for boring me senselessStruggling247 wrote: »Am I the only person tempted by an X-Hose or an Instahang?
