Drinking Water - testing

Was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the drinking water from my home tested.
Just got a new kitchen in and now the tap water has a strange taste, even when boiled. Have had the contractor out again but they say that it's the water supply and nothing they've done, even though water in the rest of the house appears to be ok.
Would like to get the water tested and think it might be NI Water but not sure if it is and if you can request that they come out.
Any information appreciated.

Try the Environmental Health department at your council as well. I used to work with Belfast City Council EHOs when they carried out water testing in certain places.0
