Where to Find Hotel-Like Duvets?

Evening.

My mum's after some duvets like what hotels use. They're thin compared to normal duvets but they're still really warm. I think she's after king-sized and preferrably not too expensive.

Does anybody know what kind of shops do these duvets?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Sorry, I don't even know what kind of duvets she means! If they are thin but warm, maybe they were wool-filled but they would be quite heavy. On the other hand, if they were very light but warm, then they'd likely be goosedown but it is quite "fluffy" so wouldn't be thin.

Some of the big chain hotels sell the same type of bedlinen (and beds) as they use in their hotels. Maybe ask the hotel?
  • We used to use these people.
As we have been retired for a few years I don't know what the duvets are like now but the quality of their products always used to be good.

Whenever we've stayed in hotels, the duvets have always been about half the thickness of the duvets we have at home, yet they're still really warm at night. She's looking for something as thin as possible that is still warm for when her and my dad go away in the caravan. They like to go away out of season so most of the time there's frost outside!

    Thank you :)

Blimey, I think they might be a bit out of her price range (I don't know, I've never bought a duvet :o) but I'll show her the link anyway. Thank you!

We bought a Hungarian goose down duvet from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse 6 months ago and have been really pleased with it so far. Very light, nice and warm and lovely to sleep under. You can also get cashback from Quidco/Topcashback.

Goose down may be light, but it is very puffy - not thin at all.

The thing that worries me is that hotels are very warm. Caravans are not, especially in the winter. I would NOT use any sort of thin duvet in a caravan in the winter....
