Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Why not try bbc.co.uk/food/recipes and enter a couple of ingredients for ideas.
Another site I go to is uktvfood.co.uk, same principle. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

beef and vegetable pie
you will need
diced beef
2 large onions
half tub mushrooms
3 carrots
tin of marrowfat peas
4 oxo cubes
shortcrust pastry
Boil the meat and onions for a hour and half and leave water in the saucepan above the quarter, while this is cooking boil rest of veg except for the tin of peas.
After a hour and half add the oxos to the beef and onions and let it thicken the sauce should be just below the quarter level of the sauce pan.
Add the rest of veg and let it thicken nicely with a little gravy sauce and add the tin of peas, leave to simmer for 5 minutes then add into a oven dish and top it with pastry.
Cook in the oven on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Serve with roast potatoes and cabbage and gravy.0
