I have no issue with any of the 'Plus' Costs as I was fully expecting them but £1350????? + VAT seems like a hell of a lot for the Conveyancing, especially since it's a Conveyancer rather than a Solicitor....

No - look at the LR fees table - £225,000 price = £280 LR Fee. This is fixed so it can't be high!£300 Search Fees estimate? fixed fee? Does this relate to the LA's actual fee?
Probably an estimate but could well include other searches - Environmental/Drainage and in some areas Mining.RICHARD WEBSTER
