cod liver oil naturally contains omega 3, if you look at the amount of EPA and DHA(the ingredients active in omega3 products) the cod liver oil liquid from Healthspan has more than the majority of Omega 3 capsules per dose. Always check the EPA and DHA with any fish oil products- these are what give it the qualities you are looking for.0

we give our children the haliborange omega 3 which we pick up on 3 for 2 deals. it comes in liquid or capsule.

You can buy Haliborange in Boots (which is 3 for 2 at £3.99 each at the moment) or if it's the unflavoured one you want (that tastes of fish) they sell capsules in Poundland which you can snip the top off or you can buy Valuepacks of them from chemists for about £3.99 which have larger capsules inside.
