I never signed my credit agreement

Hi there in february last year I went on a training course with a company called RF training based in manchester. The cost of the course was around £5200 and I paid half of this upfront. The remaining 50% was to be financed on a pay nothing for 3 months then ex amount per month. In the final week of the course a guy from the office came to me during one of the lessons with the finance agreement, and said it needed a guarantor and asked if I could get a gaurantor to sign it and bring it back the following day. I never did this and still have the unsigned forms. Can this company still get the money from me even though nothing has been signed?
Thanks in advance

Seeing as you already paid for half of it, a judge would come to the conclusion you definitely owed the other half. Credit agreement or not.0
