I just Found a Fiver

After a few days of mumbling about how little money I have, how big my debts are and how I really need to sort this out... I just found a fiver. First thought was take it to reception so someone can claim it (but then I found it on a uni campus so where would I take it), second thought was Chai Latte from the cafe to get me in the christmas mood. But..... I have gone straight to the bank and paid a fiver off my credit card!!! WELL DONE ME!! The lady at the cashiers desk thought I was a little wierd but hey ho!!

Well done! You won't miss it but it's a little extra off the debt :T
It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j

  • Well done! I just lost a tenner last week, I hope whoever found it used it to pay off a bit of debt. :)
  • Its actually made me so chuffed that I decided to join up after many years of looking around the forum (think I had a log in a while ago) and made me want to tackle my debt head on! Think I may start a debt free wanabe diary this evening!!
  • Very impressed!!! One day when you have no debt and loads of dosh in the bank you should look back and remember this moment LOL.

  • Excellent.

You know when you're debt free and have a spare fiver, you should choose a windy day and just let it go for someone else to find. It would be great karma :-)
  • Well done, sounds like you have a great attitude to start debt busting!
