Could Bankruptcy Affect Tenency Application?

Hi,

Has anyone got any advice on my problem please?

I was discharged as a bankrupt in Dec 2008 with my wife also. At the time we were living in a rented house and the landlord was ok with it, however we now need to move again and take out another tenancy agreement within the next week.

My worry is that, obviously we have to declare our adverse credit rating etc, but will it affect our agreement? I have two family members who will live with us, and they are both 'clean' earning a good wage. Would it be sensible to put the agreement in their names?

My fear is that we will be refused..and homeless!
