I have to Issue A CCJ

Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong place but,
I have to issue a CCJ for over £4000 for goods not supplied to me by A vendor.
I can complete the CCJ form on moneyclaims online, but am unsure whether to name the individual or the business.
I think it should be the business as I paid the money into the business account, but need to know if this is correct before I submit the claim. I have a suspicion that the individual involved has set up a seperate business bank account in a similar name to the company he works for in order to carry out these frauds.
I have been to the police who say i do not have enough evidence for them to investigate this as a fraud, but through the wonders of the internet have found another person in a similar situation to myself with this person.
Thank you in advance for your replies, and yes, i am a bl()()dy fool for having paid in advance!

Hi there
I would say that it is the business debt, so it should be the business.
A good place to move this post would be "Small Business and Charity Money Saving". The are rather useful on this and there is always someone there in this situation.

Is the company a sole trader or Limited Company?
If a sole trader, the company and sole trader are one and the same."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Thank you both, I will try to move it, don't know if he is a sole trader or not i'm afraid... more research !0
