i have just called o2 customer services and after being given the runaround and 5 calls to the right department i was told that when the phone was in stock i would recieve one but when i asked further about the fault with pricing online the advisor said they would not honour the orders but the one i ordered was simply out of stock and when they are back in stock i would recieve it. obviously they are trying to fob me off as the phone i ordered (LG L343i ) was priced at 0.00 so basically it's a waiting game and i'll keep checking that order. by the way the phone number to enquire about this is:

0870 567 8678 just press star button if u don't have an o2 number.

have u had an email sayin about the webpage fault? ive just had the email, so i dont expect that i will get one :rolleyes:

I have got home this evening and I have received a card from DHL saying they tried to deliver a pracle today .......... Looks like I is one of the lucky ones

I ordered one but arranged for deliver on the 2.2.07, so looks like my order was put on the shelf as it was not for immidiate deliver, now its back in stock
