its moe a case of making sure you let hem know if you earn money I think. Hve a look on direct.gov.uk there might be info. I dont want to sy too muh as im not 100% but I wuld def speak to your advisor about it but I would also use he terms 'im thinking of' rather than 'I am'trainee millionaire (aka not there yet!)0

I would say trying to search the internet is going to make you more and more confused. ike I say speak to your advisor and make suree you mae it clear that it is a hyperthetical question as they can be funny and stop your benefitstrainee millionaire (aka not there yet!)0

You need to let them know that you earn occasionally, else you could be investigated for benefit fraud.
You can possibly earn some money without losing benefit but speak to them & find out.0 -
If you dont declare the earnings they could stop your benefits should they find out about your craft sales.0

I understand you can earn the princely sum of £20 per week without notification if claiming benefits. Any more has to be declared.0

This applies to single parents ^^.tommyknocker wrote: »I understand you can earn the princely sum of £20 per week without notification if claiming benefits. Any more has to be declared.
Single person £5 per week.

You would also need to ensure that HMRC were aware, even if your allowances cover your income you would still need to declare and apply for low earnings exemption for NICI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
