Not Declaring Tax to HMRC

I`d like people`s opinions on this please:
I`m self employed and work as a sub-contractor for a company that employ about one hundred people all as self employed sub contractors. I`ve been with the company for about four years and have always done my tax return and paid whatever is due.
There are a number of people who work with me that don`t do this. They get paid their weekly wage straight into their bank account and don`t pay any tax or national insurance. They`ve been doing this for years, some people approaching ten years.
This annoys me as I`m being honest whilst others are not

If you have a reasonable belief that they are not paying tax or NI, then contact HMRC and give them some details.0 -
Agree with LittleVoice report them. In my humble opinion not paying tax and NI is same as stealing.

Are you sure they're self employed? if they're getting paid a wage then tax and NI has already been paid; if they're just putting the invoice payment in the bank and not paying tax then it's a different matter.
It's possible they're using an umbrella company do their their wages so they pay tax and NI0 -
You can report suspected tax evasion online, by post or over the phone to the HMRC. This explains how to do it and what happens next.

I am given a payslip the same as them, the only deductions we have are for insurance and chemicals0 -
Self-employed people aren't given payslips?0

Thanks for responses so far. I don`t suspect, I am positive as a couple of the guilty have told me so0

I don`t know if 'payslip' is the right word, I was going to say 'invoice' originally. It`s basically a break down of the work we have done each week and what we are paid for that work.
There are NO deductions made by the company for tax and national insurance. When I started with the company as a sub-contractor I was told that we are responsible for paying that, not them0 -
does sound like they're avoiding it then, not bad to get away with it for so long though! but if they're not signing on they'll be slipping under the net.
your options are to report them for avoiding tax or to ignore it.. If it was me my choice would depend on if i'd made any noise about what they were doing; if i had then i wouldn't report it (yet), but if i'd kept quiet i'd report it.0 -
I am too self employed however the company i contract for is a member of the CIS and they pay my tax0
