I want a new bed

Sealy Ultra Latex Pillowtop or Silentnight Memory 27
Dont know too much about beds and am sick of lying on them by now in the shops so has anyone any experience of either of these beds.
We desperately need a new bed as ours is over 9 years old.
We are interested in this new latex on top of springs concept but dont really know where to start. Dreams had a lovely bed - 'Healthcare' something or other with 1600 springs topped with foam but the 4 drawer divan was £1000.
We both like a mattress that you sort of sink into. Well I do anyway.:rotfl:
