natwest collections

was overdrawn by £700 in my business bank account with natwest.
I am now in a position to repay.
natwest have passed this on to a debt recovery agency, but I can't find out who they are.
anybody know?

    Contact NatWest and ask them who they have passed in on to.

    Or simply wait until the agency in questions contacts you. Probably won't take long.

    They usually deal with there own debts mine was outstanding for nearly two years and it was just passed to their own collections dept. If you pop into your local branch they should be able to give you the number to call.
