Hello,
Ive been with cccs for over 6 months and they suggested token payments to my debts at the moment.. so i have been sending a Pound each month via standing order. I recieved a letter from natwest asking for an account review. I wrote back writing i was still in the same financial difficulty but would let them know when my circumstances change. They have now sent a financial statement for me me to complete. Can someone give me some advice, am i to fill this in or do everything thru cccs?
Thank you in advance

Ring the CCCS and ask them how to proceed.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0

You could just re-send the CCCS one (or get CCCS to do it for you). I'd be wary of using Natwest's form in case it misses out some of your expenditure.

As others have said, CCCS can help. If your circumstances haven't changed then get CCCS to send through the original one they did and let them deal with it. Natwest should be dealing with them anyway.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Hi Cherry, we seem to read the same posts don't we!!!!!
You need to call CCCS and tell them what the letter says. They will then advise what happens next. Possibly they will just send Natwest another copy of your SOA:DDebt Free Date 1st August 2016 Sealed Pot Challenge #140 -
