Hi, I have got the chance to buy my council flat at £43,000 over 13 years. Could anybody advise me on which is the best lender to get the mortgage at the best interest rate ?
Many thanks.

you need to speak to a broker as it is a LOT more complicated than just the best intrest rate. there is a lot of other things to consider.
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/mortgages will help you get clued up and will give some useful leads to good brokers
the best intrests rate may come with conditions, fees , ect making it not the best for you.
brokers get paid by the lender for reccomending thier product to you so should cost you nothingBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
Not all lenders will lend on right to buy, what is your credit score like and do you have an income0
