The lucky winner of this competition will be jetting off to the beautiful Algarve with their family. You will be staying in a very popular resort perfectly positioned on the beach front, with some apartments set in terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to the beach, local facilities and entertainment.
The Algarve is the most southern region of Portugal and it’s one of Europe’s favourite holiday destinations, well-known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches varying from secluded coves to vast stretches of golden sand. Inland you will find quaint villages barely touched by tourism while traces of the Moorish presence are still evident in the local architecture.
The orange groves and blossoming almond trees add colour to this fertile region in contrast with the whitewashed traditional houses. The Algarve is ideal for many outdoor sporting activities such as water sports, golf in one of the numerous world-class golf courses, tennis, horse riding, and much more. The Algarve is also known for the many waterside restaurants serving fresh fish and ‘cataplana’ (a local shellfish speciality).
You will win:
14 nights accomodation on half board basis
Return flights from a major UK airport to Faro airport
Return flight transfers
Holiday is for two adults and two children (under the age of 12)
